Obey Records Episode 74: Lower Tar

Lower Tar is the experimental techno project started by Los Angeles-based musician and visual artist, Ori Ofir, and in 2022 Billy Garcia (DJ Angeldu$t, 138) joined the project. Lower Tar is a project that explores what it means to be critical of society while still maintaining a sense of self by mixing a range of techno, electro, post-punk, and noise.
